U.K. Trademark Services provides a combination of in-house filing services and also connects website users with third party service providers such as attorneys, consultants, customer service and support providers and Registries for specific services or specialist areas. U.K. Trademark Services does not earn a commission on any sales made by third party service providers to our users. We are paid by our clients and partners for connecting them with users that require their services. (Cost per lead basis)
Your personal name and address details may also be displayed on the public trade mark Registries, for example if you were to apply to register a trade mark.
We may also disclose your information if we are required to do so by law.
By placing an order with us or submitting an enquiry through one of our website forms you consent to us passing on such information to the extent necessary to carry the free service or work and to your details being made public on the relevant Register(s) where applicable.
Storage of your Information
We may store your personal details in our system in order to provide ongoing services relating to your order. Examples include renewal of UK and EU trade mark registrations every ten years, forwarding on correspondence from the Registries and third parties and maintaining appropriate business records.
